World Class Fly Fishing

Our primary fishing focus is the Atikonik River and massive Atikonak Lake. Both water bodies support very healthy populations of Landlocked salmon, Brook trout, Lake trout, Northern pike, and Whitefish.

A river of contrast, the Atikonak boasts breath-taking gorges, boulder strewn pocket water, long glassy tail-outs, intimate secondary channels and miles of riffles. The geological adversity within the watershed affords anglers the luxury of fly fishing several different types of water throughout their stay.

Anglers will often wade, cast from our 18 foot Lund boats or prowl granite ledges to cover pools best fished from shore. The fertile waters of the Atikonik provide an unparalleled ecosystem with a diverse abundance of aquatic invertebrate as well.
